More than Enough
No longer will I wander through
The land of perchance, the sea of dreams.
My feet are firmly standing on
A spot that is just what it seems.
Let others who are mystified
Compare the countless teeming stars
To fireflies glowing endlessly
In world-embracing crystal jars.
The commonplace is all I need
To stir my heart and make me feel
A deep, abiding gratitude
For all that's good and kind and real.
