Stronger by a Love

I thank my lucky stars to be
     More than a lonely wayfarer
     Condemned to endless days, never
Relieved of dull monotony.
For some, there is no remedy
To ease the ache they feel, whether
Or not they choose to deliver
Themselves from purgatory, free
As I am free, made stronger by
A love that lifts me up inside.
No matter where I go, the sky
     Gives shelter—I will never hide
From emptiness or fear an end
To love, which never breaking, bends.
