Who but a worm would wonder why
Creatures could choose to live above ground?
How should a mourning dove learn to fly
While spending her strength on a spectral sound?
What might a turtle of firm disposition
Do when not sunning himself on the shore?
Why would a dragonfly fail to mention
The taste of the nectar she's searching for?
Where does a tadpole go in a dream
To find a place better for him than a stream?
When will a swallowtail butterfly tire
Of dancing in air ever higher and higher?
